Job Description: Dillon Auto Hail Repair is a leading automotive repair company specializing in hail damage restoration. We are currently seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales by approaching potential customers door-to-door. This is a commission-based position, offering exceptional earning potential of up to $300,000 per year for top performers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales activities to generate leads and acquire new customers.
  • Educate potential customers about the benefits of our auto hail repair services.
  • Build rapport and establish relationships with prospective clients to gain their trust and confidence.
  • Identify and understand customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales is preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary for this position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
